Beautiful room with Alpine view

Dear guests, We rent a nicely equipped room (15 m²) with bathroom, mini kitchen, refrigerator, coffee machine in a separate, completely newly renovated apartment. The Stuttgart/Esslingen/Tübingen/Metzingen trade fair can be reached in 15-20 minutes. The space The room is located in a separate apartment and therefore also has a separate entrance. We have a total of 3 very nice rooms available. Two rooms are located in the attic with a fantastic view of the Swabian Alb. Guest access The bathroom and the mini kitchen (fully equipped with a fridge, coffee maker and kettle as well as dishes) are shared with a maximum of two other residents. No smoking in the entire house. During your stay As this is a separate apartment, privacy is not neglected. Other things to note For better occupancy, I reserve the right to change rooms!
