Villa in the center

The house is warm and cozy and is an excellent base for hiking lovers, to spend pleasant evenings and comfortable and serene days with children. Upon your arrival you will find beds ready and bath linen. We are on a small closed street near the Sangro River. The main square can be reached from the house with a short walk. Near the house there is a playground, a riding school and the start of several walks in the Park, the ski slopes are 5 minutes away by car. The space Ground floor of a two-story villa surrounded by a garden, the entrance to the house is in a shaded loggia, a space reserved for guests, where in the hot season you can relax and/or have lunch. The house is cozy and spacious, with simple and warm furnishings, like a real mountain house. The house consists of a large living area with a stone fireplace (wood is not included, but if you request it, we can have it at the house upon your arrival), a relaxation area with a sofa, rocking chairs, two large tables, and a complete and equipped kitchen connected to the dining area with a convenient serving hatch. The sleeping area consists of four bedrooms: - a large double bedroom - two double rooms with single beds - a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed A bathroom with shower A small bathroom with a toilet, sink, and washing machine. Guest access The house is independent, for the exclusive use of guests, the entire house on the ground floor, the patio and available to guests but shared with the upper floor, the garden around the villa. Other things to note The villa is located in Pescasseroli, one of the most beautiful and characteristic villages of the Abruzzo National Park. There are many attractions for adults and children: excursions through meadows and forests, picnics in the middle of nature; visit the Park Visitor Center where you can see bears, wolves, deer, fallow deer, eagles, buzzards, and squirrels up close.
