Private Villa with Pool

The villa is located in the Costa Alentejana protected area, close to amazing landscapes, deserted beaches and the villages of Melides, Carvalhal and Comporta. It is a typical Alentejo house inserted in a 4,5 acres private pine forest, with a pool and all the amenities of a modern home. This secluded property is equipped with everything you need to relax and have fun, and is therefore suitable for families, children and friends who seek to enjoy one of the most beautiful landscapes of Portugal. The space This is a typical Alentejo farm in the heart of the countryside and few minutes away from some of the most beautiful and isolated beaches in Portugal, with all the amenities you need to have an unforgettable summer. The large farm comprises a pine forest, olive grove, organic orchard and vegetable garden and a vineyard between which two houses and a pool arise. The main house, arranged in open space with high wooden ceilings, is composed of a kitchen, a large living room and dining room with fireplace, 4 bedrooms with queen size bed and 2 complete bathrooms. There is even a small secret garden accessible from the kitchen of the main house, perfect for dining under the shade of the bougainvillea. The second house, on the other side of the pool, is also designed in open space and consists of a kitchen, a large fireplace, a large stone table for group meals, a full bathroom, a living room with sofas and a large games room with snooker table, billiards, table tennis and darts board. Between the two houses you will find the swimming pool, the barbecue and the lounge area, perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing. The pine forest is perfect for picnics, both in the fields and on the large stone table under the centenary trees. Here, where a cool breeze runs, you can also relax in the hammocks suspended for that purpose. For your complete entertainment, the home features two 43 '' Led TVs, cable service with 100 channels, Netflix, DVD player, sound system and Wi-Fi. During your stay, you can take organic produce from the organic orchard and vegetable gardens for your meals. Cleaning and cook are also available daily and can be arranged. The villa is 5 minutes from Aberta Nova beach and a short distance from Galé-Fontainhas, Atlântica, Melides, Pego, Carvalhal and Comporta beaches, all distinguished with Gold Quality and where you can very easily spot dolphins. The nearest village is Melides. Guest access Guests will have the entire farm just for themselves, but I will always be available to provide them with the best assistance at any time.
