This is a living private beach house 30 meters from the beach and in a great location. It is in a quiet neighborhood, very close to the center of Platamonas (8-10 minutes walk) and very close to the best sandy beaches (2-10 minutes walk in the beach). The house is suitable for all seasons, since for us the best season is not summer. The house is ideal for two families, or for one big family. The space Τhe house consists of two floors. Ground floor: 4 persons bedroom, toilet, kitchen, dining room, balcony. First floor: 2 bedrooms for 2 persons (one of the 2 beds of one bedroom is smaller than the other), WC, bathroom, simple kitchen, dining room, living room, large balcony Exterior: large courtyard with dining areas, barbecue, wood oven, and storage room with laundry, auxiliary fridge and kitchen for cooking.
