Charming boathouse, Norfolk Broads

The Boat House is a wonderfully unique space which sleeps 2 in one bedroom/sitting room overlooking the Broad. Fully centrally heated, it has a kitchenette, wet room and a summer house. A pub and cafe are a short walk away. Hot tub rental (£85 per stay) available. We also have storage for bikes and there is a launching area for canoes and paddleboards a 5 minute walk away at the moorings. The space The Boat House is a unique space which sleeps 2 in one bedroom/sitting room. Fully centrally heated, the property has a wonderfully sunny patio where you can relax after a busy day exploring the area. The accommodation comprises of one large room on the first floor which has a sleeping area with a kingsize bed. This room also has two armchairs and a TV with a large inbuilt desk set under a window which looks out towards the Broad and the moored boats. This is a wonderful space for the budding writer or for enjoying breakfast. On the ground floor there is a kitchenette (no oven) and wetroom. The wetroom has underfloor heating. Please note that the staircase between the floors is steep and may be unsuitable for some, please see photo on website. There is a pub and a cafe in the village, both 5 minute's walk away which serve breakfast, lunch and evening meals (only the pub serves the latter). The Boat House also has its own summerhouse that you are very welcome to use. The apartment is dog friendly, we accept one well behaved dog. HOT TUB RENTAL £85 per stay. The tub is cleaned, filled and heated for each booking. Homemade cake, fizz and balloons for special occasions £30 Guest access Guests are able to park in the shared driveway. Other things to note Please note that the stairway up to the main sitting/bedroom is steep so may not be suitable for all guests (and some furry friends) especially those with mobility issues. The kitchenette has limited facilities and is only suitable for preparing basic meals (no oven).
