The Sanford Ave House with fully fenced yard

This newly built house has a comfy and cool desert vibe. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. It's only a 10 minute drive to the airport and a few blocks to downtown Sanford and the waterfront, 45 minute drive to Disney or New Smyrna Beach - plus so many other destinations, no one will be bored here. The space The single-story house with 20' vaulted ceilings has an open floor-plan with an eat-in kitchen and living/dining area. All 3 bedrooms are located off of this main area. The master bedroom has a king bed and twin daybed, plus a master bathroom with separate shower and tub. The other two bedrooms are a "Jack and Jill" setup, meaning that they share a bathroom. The house is equipped with central air, and it is more than sufficient to keep it icy cool if that's how you like it. You'll be sure to enjoy the privacy-fenced backyard with a dining table and grill. Guest access You'll have parking for 2 cars in the driveway, and use of the garage. If you'll be bringing more than 4 cars, please reach out to me for specific instructions on where to park. Other things to note - We have a number of other houses located close by, in case you need more space. Let us know! - Lawn maintenance might happen during your stay, between the hours of 10 AM and 6 PM. - Early check-in and late checkout fee: $20/hour. Please note - early check-in / late checkout can only be granted if we don't have another guest checking in/out the same day. We can confirm availability one day in advance. - If you absolutely need early check-in or late checkout, please book an extra day to account for that. If you have any questions, we're happy to help!
