This small cottage has private bedroom king bed common space that is a combined kitchen and living room area. This common space has a full size comfortable futon and room for an air mattress .The entrance is private. Property is quiet with onsite parking. It is located only a block to beach and a short walk to Islandview Casino. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe. An active train track is near the property. Another cottage is available on the property if planning a trip with others. The space There is a fenced yard shared with other tenants and their pets. The cottage is small and efficient. Amazon Echo dot, unlimited voice commands for music , alarms , Weather and local information. Unit does not have a conventional cooking range. It has an electric cooktop for pots and pans. It also has an electric convection oven, microwave oven, and an instant pot. There is no cable television but only local television channels. Guest access There is off street parking shared with other guests and tenants. The yard of the property is fenced and shared with other guests and tenants. Other things to note We accept one pet per unit but may consider accepting more than one if disclosed prior to arrival. Aggressive dogs are not welcome since other friendly pets reside on the property. Third party bookings are not accepted. Parties and illegal drug usage is not permitted. Obnoxious behavior will be immediately reported to police. I reserve the right to request legal identification from anyone in addition to any information guests provide to Airbnb and may deny a rental request at my discretion to anyone. All guests must be disclosed. Rental rates are based upon double occupancy. Children under 12 are not charged for additional occupancy.
