Newly renovated old stone house on island Premuda surrounded with the sea more clear than the wind. Guests can enjoy calm mediterranean island in two cute studio apartments and one apartment in modern-retro style. The space In this newly renovated stone house, located in the quiet side street, you can enjoy all the comfort in studio apartment Nautilus with kitchen and separate bathroom and terrace. It is simply and practically designed in mediterranean style. You can rent it for 70 EUR in July and August. In June and September it is 60 EUR, and out of the season 35 EUR. All touristic fees are included. For longer stay we offer discount. During the summer min stay is 5 days, out of the season 3 days. Deposit is 30 percent of the rent, and in case of cancellation 60 days before arrival the full amount of the advance is returned. In case of cancellation 30 to 60 days from the date of the arrival half of the amount, and in case of cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival deposit is not refundable. Time of arrival after 1pm, departure time before 10am. Guest access Guests have all listed amenities to feel comfortable as being home. This island is only 1 km wide so you can do all on foot. Whole island is quiet and calm with around 35 permanent inhabitants.
