On the ground floor there is a bathroom with two showers, sinks and an infrared sauna. In the large, nicely furnished common room, which is also located on the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerators, electric kettle and coffee machine. There is a fireplace, a large TV with satellite channels and a football. In the entrance hall there is an original bread oven, in which you can bake pizza, bread or a piece of meat by arrangement. On the first floor of the house there are two apartments with two rooms. Both apartments are four-bed apartments, with the larger one having the possibility of an extra bed. The apartments have separate bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet. There is also a fully equipped studio with a private bathroom and a kitchenette. In front of the house there is a garden with outdoor seating and a fireplace. The building also includes a bicycle storage room. Behind the house flows the Božanovský stream, which illustrates the overall character of the village well-being.
