The space The things we love best about our space/neighborhood: ~fast wifi speed as well as option for physical CAT-5 internet connection ~walking 10 minutes to our local "downtown" area on Balboa Street, with cafes, restaurants, shops, and the historic, independent Balboa movie theater. ~walking 7 minutes to Golden Gate Park, especially when it's time for our world-class music festivals (Hardly Strictly Bluegrass every October and Outside Lands every August) ~walking 25 minutes to Ocean Beach/China Beach/Baker Beach/the Presidio ~hiking the beautiful Lands End Trail and other nearby trails ~Driving 10 minutes to the Golden Gate Bridge on our way to Marin County, Wine Country, Mount Tamalpais, Muir Woods, Stinson Beach, etc. ~enjoying a cup of coffee on our garden deck in the morning, or a glass of wine at night ~our safe, quiet and friendly neighborhood ~the keyless entry system Please note: ~Maximum occupancy is two guests. Any additional overnight visitors must be approved by hosts. ~We've lived in this neighborhood over 35 years, and we've lived in San Francisco even longer. We love it and we know you will too! ~We live upstairs (so you may sometimes hear our footsteps or other sounds from above) ~We respect our neighbors and each other with quiet hours from 10pm until 6:30 am ~Ask us about our accessibility (all on one level, wheelchair ramp for 3 inch rise at entry door, curbless shower, etc.) ~Please note that there is no landline on the premises, so you will need a cell phone to make calls. ~San Francisco weather is often lovely, but it can get cold and foggy, especially in summer; when this happens, you'll want to dress warm and you might hear foghorns.
