Description
Welcome to the most beautiful location in Saltaire. Maybe Yorkshire? My name is Nina and I live here with my 12-year-old son. We want to share it with you while we are away. This 250-year-old mill conversion, set 1 km away from the Saltaire, on the bank of the River Aire is a special and unique place. Waking up to the view of the river flowing outside the window is one of a kind. The place attracts many unusual birds from a kingfisher to our friendly visitor, heron. The space Two-bedroom, two-bathroom ground floor apartment with a large open plan kitchen/lounge and a conservatory leading to a private garden and a deck overlooking the River Aire. Guest access There’s a very limited parking at the property and I kindly ask my guests to park in a small car park at the beginning of the street. Thank you Other things to note The property comes with a female cat named Kotka, whom we recently inherited from a neighbour who passed away. Kotka is a part-time resident—she enjoys venturing outdoors but returns home occasionally. There is no litter tray for her, and the only responsibility we ask of our guests is to provide a bowl of food when she comes back. She also drinks water from the tap, so we hope this requires minimal effort in exchange for her company.
