Sauveterre-de-Béarn, medieval city is 20 minutes away and also not to be missed, just like Dax 40 minutes away... You can also go to Spain, with the border less than an hour away. The cottage is located at the crossroads of many discoveries, very varied, so enriching and exciting! In the immediate vicinity of the owners' house, the cottage provided is a totally independent house of 40m2, without any vis-à-vis with the owners. We guarantee absolute discretion. The house is new, comfortably furnished with trendy furniture, with air conditioning and heating, a walk-in shower... It also has a perfectly equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, Nespresso coffee maker...). There is also a washing machine available to you. Thanks to a private terrace, not overlooked with the owners, facing south, overlooking the Pyrenees mountain range and in particular the Pic d 'Anie (peaking at 2504m), you can lounge or taste one of the many local specialties... From the beginning of May to mid-September (dates depending on the weather), the pool is open, but it is heated from the end of May. However, it is possible to use it in early May... Indeed, for your comfort and enjoyment, a heated swimming pool (from the end of May) is at your disposal, shared with the owners, and fully secured by a submerged gate that deploys on the surface of the water. The pool has a bench seat with massage nozzles, for optimal relaxation. Pool opening: 12pm to 7pm depending on the weather. Bedroom and living room equipped with flat screen tv. High quality NEW bedding. New crossings, pillows and duvets. Possibility of renting bed linen and towels: 30 euros for a bed, 40 euros for two beds. Electricity and internet rate included (meter reading taken on arrival). In addition to the key to the cottage, you will also have the remote control of the electric gate. Your vehicle will be parked in the property and will be completely safe. Upon arrival, a document reminiscent of the operating characteristics of the cottage and pool will be given to you, for the comfort of everyone. An electric meter reading will be taken upon arrival. Other things to note Possibility of renting towels and bed linens: 30 euros for one bed, 40 euros for two beds.
