Sauveterre-de-Béarn, a medieval city, is also 20 minutes away and is not to be missed, just like Dax, 40 minutes away... You can also go to Spain, the border being less than an hour's drive away. The cottage is located at the crossroads of many discoveries, very varied, so rewarding and exciting! In the immediate vicinity of the owners' house, the cottage made available is a completely independent 40 m2 house, without any contact with the owners. We guarantee absolute discretion. The house is new, comfortably furnished with trendy furniture, with air conditioning and heating, walk-in shower... It also has a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine...). A washing machine is also available for your use. Thanks to a private terrace, not overlooked by the owners, facing south, with views of the Pyrenees mountain range and in particular the Pic d'Anie (culminating at 2504 m), you can relax or enjoy one of the many local specialties... From the end of May (or before depending on the outside temperature) to mid-September (dates depending on the weather), and for your comfort and pleasure, at your disposal, shared with the owners, a swimming pool heated to 28°C, totally secured by a submerged shutter that unfolds on the surface of the water. The pool has a bench with massage jets, for optimal relaxation. Pool opening hours: 12pm to 7pm depending on the weather. Bedroom and living room equipped with flat screen TV. NEW high quality bedding. New mattresses, pillows and duvets. Possibility of renting bed linen and towels: 30 euros for one bed, 40 euros for two beds. Electricity and internet package included (meter reading carried out on arrival). In addition to the key to the cottage, you will also have the remote control for the electric gate. Your vehicle will be parked on the property and will be completely safe. Upon arrival, a document outlining the operating features of the cottage and pool will be provided, for everyone's comfort. The gate can be kept open in case of strong winds. Other things to note Possibility of renting towels and bed linens: 30 euros for one bed, 40 euros for two beds. For your own bed linens, you must bring sheets and duvet cover for a 160 bed and for two 80 mattresses (which, when placed side by side, form a 160 bed).
