On the Chianti hills, portion of an old stone farmhouse from the 1800s, located in S. Filippo, a small hamlet of Barberino Tavarnelle, halfway between Florence and Siena, a 30-minute drive from Florence airport, 1 hour from Pisa airport. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room with fireplace, eat-in kitchen and dining room. Magnificent view of the hills from every window! Beautiful infinity pool with whirlpool area, unheated and open from April to October. The space Our house is a portion of a stone farmhouse completely independent from the rest of the adjacent property. Arranged on three floors, on the ground floor there is a large entrance, a large living room with fireplace, a bedroom with 1 double bed and a bathroom with window. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms (2 +2 beds) with a bathroom with window. On the basement floor, at garden level, are the kitchen and dining room. From the kitchen you can access the outside where you will find an outdoor dining area with a large dining table under a pergola. You then go down to the garden with a barbecue area and of course the pool. I would like to point out the presence of our three cats, who may visit you from time to time in the garden, not in the house. Guest access The outdoor space in front of the entrance door is not usable. The new house will have 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace and a separate dining room, and a beautiful outdoor space overlooking the garden.
