The Potter's House is an old traditional, renovated two-storey building with the potter's studio and a gallery space downstairs and a tastefully renovated apartment upstairs. It is situated in the traditional village of Lafkos. near the village square with enormous Plane trees and surrounded by tavernas, a traditional coffee shop and two gift shops. A playground is available at the village square. The space This charming apartment has an exquisite view of the Pagasitic Gulf from the living-room window and balcony. It's a spacious apartment (79,5 sq.m), ideal for both relaxing and for work. It is clean and comfortable and has a beautiful shaded yard downstairs. Guest access You will have access to the shaded yard for a relaxed morning or evening. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING! In addition to the daily price I have to inform you that the government has imposed since 2024 a special tax /Fee which is called : Climate Crisis Resilience Fee (Τέλος Ανθεκτικότητας στην Κλιματική Κρίση) In Greece, short-term rentals (e.g., Airbnb) are subject to a government-mandated Climate Crisis Resilience Fee, calculated per property, per night — with amounts varying by season and size of the accommodation: November to March (Off-Peak Season) Regular short-term rentals: €2 per night Detached houses over 80 m²: €4 per night April to October (Peak Season) Regular short-term rentals: €8 per night Detached houses over 80 m²: €15 per night This fee is paid separately from the booking rate, typically upon arrival or departure, and issued as a special receipt by the host.
