Right at the entrance of the apartment there is a hall with a big built-in wardrobe that leads us to the main bedroom, spacious and very bright, since it’s got 4 windows, this bedroom has a double bed and its own private bathroom with walk-in shower; next to the bedroom and there is also an independent fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric hob and galley area with washing machine. The last door of the hall gives access onto a large and sunny living room, that has a big dinning table for 6 and a lovely seating area with smart Tv; the big windows open up to a long terrace with magnificent views over the Mar Menor sea, such a unique place to enjoy a meal or just chill. From the living room there is a small hallway that takes to another comfortable bedroom with a double bed, the family bathroom with bathtub and a third bedroom with two twins. The whole apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and there are air conditioning units in all the bedrooms and the living room. It has also got wifi connection.
