Self contained cabin in picturesque countryside

*NEWLY EXTENDED, JULY 2020* Our newly extended cabin is close to great views, amazing country walks, Plumpton Racecourse and Plumpton Station. You can also access art and culture as well as a great choice of restaurants in Lewes and Brighton, which are both close by. You’ll love our place because of the views, the location, the privacy and the peace and quiet. Our place is good for couples and solo adventurers. EXTENDED STAYS ARE WELCOME! The space Our place in an old Farmhouse which is still surrounded by organic farmland and facing on to the South Downs. It's a brilliant base for walking and cycling and relaxing in the peace and quiet. It's a nature hotspot too with resident owls, woodpeckers, jays, hedgehogs, foxes and squirrels etc. The cabin consists of a separate double bedroom, living space, kitchenette and bathroom with an outside decked terrace and patio which you have full use of. Outside of the space there is a small sun deck where you can sit and have breakfast/morning coffee and watch and listen to the local bird and wildlife. We will provide a welcome hamper for you to enjoy throughout your stay including bread, local organic eggs, butter, tea, coffee and milk (if you would prefer plant based milk we can provide this too) We have a Gaggia coffee maker in the chalet so you can make yourself a real morning wake me up each morning! We've also added a slow cooker so although we've only got a hob you can make yourself a substantial evening meal which can be ready when you return from a days walking or exploring. We love it here and hope you will too. Guest access Our cabin is a cedar wood cabin is in our back garden. It's totally private and self contained so you can feel totally independent during your stay with your own key to come and go as you please. NB The accommodation has a table for eating and a sofa bed to use for extra seating or as a bed for children if you're a family wanting to visit. You can also relax on the cabin terrace or patio during the summer months. Other things to note Due to the new Covid 19 Protocol we now provide self check in with the use of a key lock attached to the property.
