The shiphouse in Troense. Beautiful little half-timbered Annex on the idyllic Troense Strandvej in the middle of Troense. Refurbished with cozy decor, with respect for the old house from 1840. The room is furnished as a living room and bedroom overlooking Svendborg Sund. Possibility to make coffee and tea and your own microwave/fridge. The owner does all the dishes. About 25 m2 with sea view. Private toilet and bath in the main house, close to the annex. In addition, a small courtyard and private parking. Contact the owner about any needs. The space Close to the harbor, lovely forests, Valdemar Castle, and a very historic old maritime town, with lots of lovely walks and bike rides. During your stay It is a private home where the owner lives with her little dog Frida, who is 1 year old and a happy little dog. We are mainly at home, but will take into account that there are guests, and are always open to help and guidance. Other things to note The house has a small puppy. Biewer/Toypuddel named Frida, who is 1 year old. She is very happy with company, trusting and open. Much of the garden can be closed off so she does not disturb the guests. She is on the property under the supervision of the owner and shows consideration for the guests.
