The Barn Villa is set within the grounds of the Oughterson Plantation Great House. This beautiful villa was originally the stable for the mules that transported the sugar cane form the fields (or cane gardens) to the mill on the estate. The space The spacious open floor-plan overlooks a coral stone pool with waterfalls and attached shallow pool for children. The design centers on the kitchen and conversation radiates outwards on the tropic breeze through the dining area, living area and out to the pool. The floor plan is necessarily oriented to the trade breezes which cools all in its path. Guest access You will have a place to park outside of the Barn Villa. The grounds around the Villa are shared, so you can socialize with the guests staying in the other two villas or you can retreat to the barn for some downtime. Other things to note I live here with my 7 dogs & they will be sure to greet you daily!
