Private room, on the second floor of this astonishing three bedroom townhouse. Two bathrooms, one each floor. You are welcome to use the kitchen which is on the first floor. 1 subway stop to Manhattan!! One block from the 7 train (1st stop 42nd st. Grand Central) M/F and G train 21st street stop is within the block. We are one block away from PS1 Moma. 4 blocks from waterfront with view of NYC skyline. Plenty of restaurants & bars, yoga studios,and all you need ! The space The room is private, big and sunny, with 1 window and a closet. Two bathrooms, one each floor. You are welcome to use the Kitchen on the first floor. Small kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator is on the second floor. You will share the house with 3 people, one male jewelry designer, a male landscape designer and a 40 female artist. We are super friendly and easy going, working most of the time.
