Located on the second floor, our large living room/lounge, renovated and carefully decorated, offers an exceptional relaxation area. A large table that can accommodate 6 to 8 guests will allow you to share friendly meals while the living room, facing the sea, invites you to relax in comfortable armchairs. The stunning ocean view from the large balcony guarantees unforgettable sunsets. Our resolutely 60s-style kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs: a large stove, oven, microwave, family fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, classic coffee maker, kettle, toaster as well as all the necessary dishes, cutlery and glasses. On the third floor you will find two large bedrooms, both facing the sea and completely renovated for your comfort. The first bedroom has a balcony with two beds: a 1m60 bed and a 1m20 bed, as well as large closets. The second bedroom is equipped with a large 1m60 bed, 2m of closets and a stylish dresser. You can enjoy a peaceful sleep thanks to the double glazing that isolates you from all noise. For your comfort, a bathroom with a large sink and a large tiled shower is at your disposal. Linens and towels are provided, and toilets are available on both floors of the house. Paid parking facing the sea is available, but you also have the option to park in front of the house. The beach is just a few steps away, just cross to enjoy it to the fullest. On request, we can also provide you with a cot and highchair. Our house is ideally located, facing Nausicaa, just 5 minutes from the port and 10 minutes walk to the city center where you will find all the necessary shops. In addition, a brewery and gourmet restaurant are right next to the house to satisfy your taste buds. We also provide beach chairs and children's toys so that you can fully enjoy the beach and spend unforgettable moments with family or friends.
