Latham farm apartment (ground floor) is situated on Latham Lane, Gomersal, a beautiful area within West Yorkshire. The apartment is set back in its own rural community consisting of 25 acres. Great for walking, picnics and outdoor adventures. Feel free to say hello to our horses and be sure to spot our wild rabbits. The space A two bedroom ground apartment, living area with flat screen TV, DVD player, sofa, sofa bed (sleeps 2) and an armchair. The apartment has gas central heating which is controlled by Hive. Kitchen: A fully fitted kitchen with dining table, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. Tea, coffee and sugar will be provided. Main bedroom: Double bed, fitted wardrobes with hangers. Bedroom two: 2 x Single beds Drawers Linen provided for all beds. Bathroom: It has recently been fitted with a new shower. Towels/toiletries provided. There is also a travel cot, highchair, potty and toddler seat. There is free secure parking to the front of the property. To the rear of the property there are double doors leading out onto the garden where you can find a hot tub, gas BBQ and a seating area.
