The Annexe at the Coppice - Self contained

Shalbourne is a beautiful village about 3 miles from Hungerford and 8 miles from Marlborough and in an area of outstanding natural beauty. We have a friendly village pub which has a large and varied menu and a village shop which serves delicious fresh coffee and pastries. The Annexe is a comfortable twin-bedded studio set in our 2 acre garden which has far reaching views over the surrounding countryside. There are great walks and cycle rides from our front door. The space Access to the Annexe is via outside stairs in the garden. The Annexe has a comfortable sofa and kitchen unit which consists of microwave , fridge, sink, a toaster and kettle and coffee maker. Please note there is no oven or stove. There is also a television which is connected to free-sat. The Annexe is beautifully cosy in the cooler months thanks to a large radiator in the main space as well as a radiator and heated towel rail in the bathroom. Guest access There is a bench and table outside the Annexe, which in good weather is a sheltered sun trap and allows enjoyment of the garden. Off road, secure parking is available to the side of the Annexe. Other things to note We have hens, rabbits and 2 adorable pygmy goats which you are welcome to come and meet with us! A welcome pack is included of tea, fresh coffee and milk, fresh local bread, butter, homemade jams and if they are laying some eggs from our hens.
