Beija-Flor House is a spacious and cosy family home with 4 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. The 3 bedrooms on the first floor have access to balconies, two of which have a sea view. It has a private garden with a barbecue, shower and outdoor furniture, as well as private parking for 2 cars. It is located in Ribamar, 2 km from Ericeira, close to the beaches and the best surf spots. Shops and services are just a few steps away. Ribamar is also known for its excellent cuisine. The space Beija-Flor House is a spacious and comfortable house located in the centre of Ribamar, a typical village in the West region, just 800 m from the beach, 2 km from Ericeira and 12 km from Mafra. All the village amenities are just a few metres from the house. The house has a large living and dining room with a table for 12 people, a sofa, a rocking chair, fibre TV, a sound system and a side table. In the lounge, you will also find a selection of books in various languages and a range of games, providing pleasant moments of socialising and relaxation. The room also has a fireplace and a heating system. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. It also has a coffee machine, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster and sandwich toaster. The house also has a pantry, an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner and cleaning equipment. Hot water is provided by a storage water heater. An interior wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a small living room with bamboo chairs, a pleasant space for relaxing or chatting. The house has four bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. Three bedrooms are on the first floor and have wardrobes and two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed. All rooms on this floor have access to balconies, and two of them offer a pleasant view of the sea. The room on the ground floor has a rollaway bed, a bedside table and a side table. All bedrooms have heating. All bathrooms are equipped with a washbasin, toilet and shower. Outside, there is a small private garden with a playhouse. The space has a barbecue and a wooden deck equipped with a table and chairs for 10 people, ideal for outdoor dining. There is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. For families with babies and small children, we provide a cot, a bathtub and a high chair. There are also two extra beds. The house has free Wi-Fi and private parking for two cars. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire house and the garden, and can freely enjoy all the spaces, equipment and amenities available on the property during their stay. Other things to note The location of Beija-Flor House is excellent for those who like to walk, be in contact with nature and explore the region. From Ribamar, you can easily discover the beaches along the coast, Ericeira and other places of cultural, historical and gastronomic interest. There are several surf schools nearby and excellent restaurants where you can enjoy fresh fish and seafood. Some restaurants are a short walk from the house. The house was designed to provide comfort and a pleasant stay, with spacious and harmoniously distributed areas.
