Light-flooded apartment with high-end amenities and loving details for a break from everyday life. The beautiful and cozy attic apartment is located in the converted barn of an old farm. The space We turned our former own apartment into a vacation rental in the fall of 2014 because it became too small for us due to our growth. Now I'm happy to be a host here! As a native of Berlin, I particularly appreciate the tranquility, the wide view over the countryside and the proximity to nature and am happy when others can also find relaxation, recharge and be inspired here. The attic apartment has a living area of 65 square meters and has the following amenities: two bedrooms with spacious built-in closets, each 10 square meters 1 bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm), 1 bedroom with 2 separate beds (each 90 x 200 cm), which can also be put together) a large bathroom (8.5 square meters) with underfloor heating, shower cabin and bathtub a small fully equipped kitchen with ceramic stovetop, oven, fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker (unfortunately there is no space for a dishwasher and we have deliberately avoided a microwave) a small hallway with wardrobe (hallway + kitchen 8 sqm) and a large cozy and bright living and dining room (28.5 square meters) with large window front (floor-to-ceiling windows facing south), equipped with DVD, CD, radio, flat-screen TV with DVB-S reception, a large cuddly and comfortable sofa, 2 sofa stools, dining table and 4 chairs as well as oak wood sideboard. Living rooms and bedrooms have floors made of oiled real wood larch planks, the beds are made of oiled oak wood and equipped with allergy-friendly 7-zone cold foam mattresses. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The KUDRA garden and terrace can also be used. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed. We heat with renewable energy! Hot water and heating are powered by solar thermal energy and wood chip heating. The wood for this comes from our pasture short rotation plantations and our own forests. We have put a lot of effort into furnishing the very nice apartment, high quality, appealing, cozy and practical, so that you can have a wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable vacation there. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are of course included in the price. Guest access The vacation rental is located in our KUDRA NaturBewusstSein-Haus. A terrace, partly covered, and the garden can also be used. The house is located in the middle of the small idyllic village of Bohndorf, which has approx. 120 inhabitants. The field and forest paths for relaxing walks or cycling start just a few steps away. Other things to note The vacation apartment is located as a self-contained apartment in the attic of our KUDRA NaturBewusstSein house. On the first floor there is also a seminar room, in which a naturopathic practice and a small shop are integrated. Here you will find an average of approx. 1-2 evenings/month small events take place (approx. 5-15 people) as well as a seminar about 1 x a month on the weekend (5-25 participants). The shop is only open for the events. The practice is only used at certain times. So you can still find a lot of peace here, but you can also take advantage of local offers, attend interesting lectures and exciting seminars or make your stay an accompanied retreat, for example.
