It is small and compact, but will have everything you need to have a wonderful stay! It has a unique layout, but is most similar to a small mother in law suite or small hotel room with a kitchenette. Also included is a screened in porch with seating, a beautiful greenhouse that serves as a lounge area, a fire pit, and private access to our screened in pool just steps away! The Bedroom: Queen size bed, will fit two adults or an adult and a child. If you are traveling with a young child there is just enough room to squeeze in a travel crib. Small dresser, luggage stand and a 42 inch TV with Amazon Fire TV. The Kitchenette: Includes a dining counter with bar stools, a fridge, microwave, two burner electric stove, toaster oven, sink, dish drying rack, pod coffee maker, all basic kitchen/cooking items. The Bathroom: Includes a sink, toilet and compact stall shower. The Porch: Screened in, includes a patio table and 2 chairs. The Greenhouse: Includes a 32" inch TV with Amazon Fire TV, a patio couch, chair, coffee table and hammock seat. The Pool: Screened in, includes an umbrella covered patio table, chairs and a hammock. The pool is NOT HEATED and is closed from October-May. Guest access Cowboy's Cabana is less than 1 mile from Ichetucknee Springs State Park! We are also less than a mile from the Santa Fe River, and only 10 miles to the Suwannee River! Just a short drive to High Springs, Lake City and Branford, FL and some of the most beautiful springs Florida has to offer. Just to name a few, these include Gilchrist Blue Springs State Park, Ginnie Springs, and Troy Spring! Also, please note that the driveway is not paved, it is a dirt driveway and the guest parking spot is gravel Other things to note ***Guests must have prior 5 star/positive reviews in order to book*** This is to protect our property and community and is not personal, thank you for understanding! High speed internet! This is a small space ideal for two or less people. We have chickens that will generally be free roaming. This is a natural area only blocks from a Florida river, so wildlife and bugs are abundant especially in the spring and summer! Please be aware of this before booking and come prepared with bug spray if necessary.
