The property is a modern 4-bedroom villa on the bank of lake Apavatn & river Hólaá. Kayaks, fishing poles & permits included for guests. (Fishing is only permitted during summer). The house is 184 m2, with a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace with a hot tub & a seating area facing the lake. It includes free WiFI, smartTV´s, sauna, washing machine & dryer. It is perfectly situated in the Golden Circle. It is 10 km from the town Laugarvatn where there are restaurants & Fontana Spa. The kitchen is in an open space with the living room, large windows and great view. Dining table, kitchen island, a seating area and fireplace/camina. Big wooden patio with a hot tub. Overbuilt seating area and barbeque. Great for watching birdlife all year round and aurora lights in winter. We can loan our guests kayaks and fishing poles (in summer). Our guests have unobstructed access to the lake Apavatn and river Hólaá, which are both less than 50 meters away from the house. We meet all our guests and we are available during their stay. Guest access Parking outside which can fit 6 cars. Other things to note From April- to September- We have kayaks that our guests can borrow as well as fishing poles. Our guests can fish for free in the lake by the house. The lake is often frozen during winter, then the use of kayaks and fishing is not possible.
