The room is located together with another room in a closed area of the house - shared use (see Ton-i, Mar-i) of bathroom and kitchen/dining, access with keypad lock, washing machine, dryer shared use North balcony use The space Quiet location (outskirts, altitude, close to the city) bright, sunny room with adjustable darkening option (external Venetian blinds) Common room with coffee corner, cooking facilities, seating, balcony access (north) Shared bathroom with rooms "Ton-i" and "Mar-i" can also be rented as a two-room apartment (Alb-a + Ton-i) Guest access Kitchen, dining/living with laundry room Bathroom North balcony with seating and table. Smoking is allowed here (in moderation, so that it does not bother other neighbors and roommates). Smoking is not allowed in the rooms and on the south balcony. Other things to note Our driveway is under construction. Sturdy, non-sensitive footwear is recommended - especially in wet weather. No parking on the premises.
