Tree Space is a tranquil haven tucked beneath majestic beech trees where peace and nature co-exist in harmony. The moment you arrive, there’s a sense of release—a chance to exhale deeply and step away from the pace of daily life. Surrounded by natural beauty, Tree Space offers an atmosphere of gentle sanctuary where you can reconnect with yourself and the natural world around you. It is a low impact log cabin inspired by African lodges- cosy and snug in winter and light and bright in summer. The space Tree Space is an hour from London, within easy access of the A3 and Haslemere train station. Yet one feels miles from anywhere. The cabin itself provides a perfect retreat from the noise and rush of every day. There is direct access to Hindhead Common and the Devil's Punchbowl on foot or by bike. The South Downs are a short distance away as are Frensham Ponds and the Surrey Hills area of outstanding beauty. There are quaint villages a plenty starting with Haslemere, then Grayshott, Petworth, Midhurst, Farnham all close by. Portsmouth is 30 minutes away by train or car. This area is country pub heaven as well and there are plenty to choose from (recommendations provided in the cabin). SUMMER SPECIAL FREE FIRE PIT (July and August) There is the option of upgrading your stay to make it even more special. For £50, enjoy: * A bottle of your choice(prosecco or orange juice) in the fridge. * A breakfast hamper (sourdough, home-made jam, full jar of local honey, home-made yoghurt and muesli) * Cosy bath robes. * Faith in Nature toiletries Also, in case you're interested, there are wonderful, specialised local practitioners who will come to Tree Space. Massage, reflexology, sound baths, yoga, breath work... you name it. Guest access Tree Space itself is a free-standing cabin located 25m from the main house. Shrubbery and trees provide privacy. It has no vis-a-vis and a spectacular view of the common. It is secluded and private. Guests have access to the cabin and the garden below it from where they can walk to Hindhead Common and the Devil's Punchbowl. There is parking 30m from the cabin and the path leading to it is a down a slope and some stairs. If you are on foot or bike it will take about 35 minutes to walk from the station. Directions are listed under "location" visible after confirmed booking. Otherwise there is a bus every hour or taxis. Other things to note There is a 2-hob portable electric cooker, kettle, microwave, small bar fridge and gas bbq , along with all the crockery and cutlery you might need. An assortment of teas and coffee too. There is an M&S food store and Tescos 20 minutes walk away. There are plenty of good pubs and restaurants close by. There is the option of upgrading your stay to make it even more special. For £50, enjoy: * A laid fire pit with wood supplied. * A bottle of La Gioisa prosecco or fresh orange juice in the fridge. * A breakfast hamper (sourdough, home-made jam, local honey, home-made yoghurt and granola). * Cosy bath robes. * Faith in Nature bath products. There are also wonderful, specialised local practitioners who will come to Tree Space so do enquire about massage, reflexology, sound baths, yoga, breath work or your personal request. Please note the drinking water is provided as the tap water is rain water. We can provide an additional mattress or camp cot for children. In keeping with the natural feel of the space, please note there is no railing around the deck.
