Small private bedroom/twin bed w/ a keyed lock in a 3-BR ranch house w/ hardwood floors w/ basement laundry includes bedding & towels. Also, there is a picture window with safety tool. Bedroom has a remote-controlled ceiling fan & box fan for cooling as this space can be warm. You share a newly renovated bathroom w/ walk-in shower incl. basic toiletries. The kitchen is stocked w/ the basic cooking/eating utensils & cleaning supplies. Doorways are not suitable for wheelchairs or wide-walker. The space My place is in a safe, quiet developing neighborhood in the City of Detroit that’s constantly changing with lots of ongoing rehabilitation projects. Walking distance (1 blk)to Meijer's, Dollar Tree, public library, restaurants and more. —Less than 5 min to Southfield fwy with links to I-94, I-96, M-10, and I-75. —20 min to downtown Detroit & DTW Airport. —20-25 min to DMC. —18 min to Henry Ford Hospital. —8 min to Ascension Botsford Hospital. —Within 1 block of two (2) major bus routes, one directly to downtown Detroit and suburbs. Guest access Depending on your selected location, self-check-in is available by lockbox or keyless entry. For private room reservations, your room has a keyed lock. Your shared spaces include basement, laundry facilities, kitchen, dining areas, bathroom and living room. For entire house reservations, you have full house use unless otherwise stated. During your stay - I am available to guest contact by AirBnb messaging, phone, text or email for emergencies, information and recommendations. - I am a hands-off host but I do come by for basic care and maintenance or just to say “hello”. - No one will have access to the property while you are my guest without notification by AirBnb messaging and under most circumstances, I will also be present. - You will received notification when new guest(s) are scheduled to arrive by Airbnb messaging. **PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE AIRBNB APP so you receive host messages/notifications throughout your stay.** Other things to note Parking is free and available in the driveway or curbside.
