Our house is an exclusive vacation home in Lingen-Baccum with a separate wellness floor for 4 people (up to 9 people). The vacation home has a total living area of about 156 square meters, distributed over the first and second floors. The bookable wellness floor (additional 70 square meters) for exclusive use is located in the attic and is easily reached via a newly installed external staircase. The beautifully landscaped garden with water features and three terraces (grill terrace, chill-out terrace and relaxation terrace) is used by the guests alone. Our house is a non-smoking house. Bringing and keeping pets is generally not possible. There is also a lockable storage facility for your bicycles. The TVs in the living room and wellness area have HDMI connections. The house has free Wi-Fi access. For the overnight stay, we offer two single rooms and two double rooms with double beds on the upper floor (a maximum of two double rooms, one single room and one triple room can be booked), a sofa bed in the wellness area, each equipped with a TV, an exquisite shower room with walk-in shower, washing machine and hairdryer, an elegant living and dining room (37 square meters) with a flat-screen TV and soapstone stove, a guest toilet and a fully equipped 23 square meter kitchen (living area equipped with antiques). From five people, the bathroom in the wellness area (also accessible via internal floor stairs) can also be used. Towels, bed sheets, soap, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and the like are provided.
