Our house is an exclusive holiday home in Lingen-Baccum with separate wellness floor from 4 people (up to 8 people). The cottage has a total living area of approximately 156 square meters, spread over the ground floor and the upper floor. The bookable wellness floor (additional 70 sqm) for private use is located in the attic and is easily accessible via a newly installed external staircase. The beautifully landscaped garden, featuring water features and three terraces (barbecue terrace, chill-out terrace, and relaxation terrace), is for the exclusive use of guests. Our house is a non-smoking house; bringing and keeping pets is generally not allowed. There is also a lockable storage facility for your bicycles. The TVs in the living room and on the wellness level have HDMI connections. The house has free Wi-Fi access. For the overnight stay, we offer two single rooms and two double rooms with double beds upstairs (maximum bookable as two double rooms, one single room and one triple room), a sofa bed in the wellness area, each equipped with TV, an exquisite shower room with walk-in shower, washing machine and hairdryer, an elegant living and dining room (37 sqm) with flat screen and soapstone oven, a guest toilet and a fully equipped 23 sqm kitchen-living room (living area equipped with antiques). For groups of five or more, the bathroom in the wellness area (also accessible via an internal floor staircase) can also be used. Towels, bed sheets, soap, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and the like are provided. The beds must be made by the guests themselves. Final cleaning for normal soiling included.
