Architect-designed Deep Lock Studio is located 5 mins walk from Bath Spa train station and the city centre. Situated next to the quaint but buzzing Widcombe High street, with numerous places to dine, the studio overlooks the Kennet & Avon Canal - a perfect starting point for walks. IG: @deeplockstudio. The Studio offers a bedroom with kingsize bed, and futon-style sleeping facilities for 2 additional guests in the living space. NB: the bedroom walls are high but do not reach the ceiling. Perfect for a city break and exploring Bath’s Roman and Georgian past as well as its industrial heritage of the canals. The Studio’s location overlooking the Kennet & Avon Canal is a perfect starting point for walks into the National Trust land that surrounds this edge of Bath. Look out for kingfishers, herons, coots, moorhen, cormorants, swans and mallards from the large window overlooking the canal. Situated next to the quaint but buzzing Widcombe High street, which boasts a lovely boutique selling great gifts, homeward, and clothes; a fabulous charity shop; several places to have coffee, beer, wine and food; as well as a pharmacy and a Coop. The Studio offers a bedroom with kingsize bed, (many guests claim it’s the comfiest bed they’ve slept in!), and futon-style sleeping facilities for 2 additional guests in the living space. NB: the bedroom walls are high but do not reach the ceiling. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, with full-size hob, oven (microwave combi), fridge, kettle and toaster, plus dishwasher. If you are just two guests but require linen for the sofa bed please let us know in advance; there is a £16 charge per stay to cover laundry costs. On-street parking can be arranged. After two guests, additional guests (up to two maximum) are charged £35 per person, per night. If two guests only, but sofabed linen is required, there is an additional charge of £16 for the stay to cover laundry costs.
