Trehill Cottages lie in the middle of the peaceful Trehill Estate in SE Cornwall.. Lakeside stone built farm buildings perfect for groups and families seeking a relaxing getaway. Free on site fishing, games room & 4 acres of lovely grounds. Your base booking for Trehill Cottages includes Gulliver 6 b/r Owls Roost 1 b/r Cottages are attached (no internal connection)& have their own hot tub(extra cost). There is also a seasonal outdoor pool The grounds are shared with our Long Barn Cottages The space Trehill Holiday Cottages is an idyllic lakeside holiday cottage complex in Callington, SE Cornwall. Renting these cottages for a group/family get-together is a great idea. The largest cottage, Gulliver is big enough for everyone to meet up in. But having extra spaces where some guests can return to (all with full facilities) can be very stress-relieving! All cottages also have their own hot tubs (extra charges apply) The largest cottage, Gulliver has a huge lounge (with wood burner), extra conservatory and a spacious kitchen / dining room which will ensure that everyone can socialise and eat together in comfort. Trehill has a Stunning hilltop location in the heart of the Tamar Valley with free on-site fishing & great leisure facilities! When you arrive at Trehill cottages, you know you have arrived at a special place. Gorgeous converted farm buildingsn, 4 sunny acres of beautiful grounds & a plateau location with views far afield over the Cornish countryside. There is also a fishing lake, games room, out door pool (summer only), and our own mini "football pitch - essentially a rectangle of grass with 2 trees at either end!". BOOKING So this is how it works. For 14 guests or fewer the price you pay will include the largest cottage (Gulliver - 6 bedrooms, sleeping 12) + its small next door neighbour (Owls Roost - 1 bedroom sleeps 2). If you book for 15 or 16 , we will swap Owls Roost for the larger Lakeside cottage, which will give you 3 bedrooms (double, twin and single). Airbnb does not allow groups of more than 16 people on a single booking which is why we allow just the choice of Lakeside cottage OR Owls Roost (depending on party size). So please make sure you enter the correct number of guests. Under normal circumstances the cottage you are NOT using will also be rented out. If you want to book all 3 cottages, you can book the third cottage as an extra booking. Just contact us for more details on this. This would allow you to offer more space to your existing party. If you booked the extra cottage as a separate booking, you would also be able to increase the number of people staying. These outdoor facilities & common grounds are shared with our Long Barn cottages which lie in an adjacent part of the estate, separated by a very tall hedge for maximum privacy. Guest access There is an outdoor pool, fishing ponds, games room & 4 acres of grounds shared with neighbouring Long Barn cottages. Hot tubs - there is an extra charge for the hot tubs. Hot tub costs vary depending on which cottages you have. See below for details. Games room (shared) - refurbished in 2021 with indoor and outdoor table tennis, Pool table, air hockey & table football. All free to use. Owing to severe staff allergies we are unable to accept bookings from guests with dogs or other furry animals. We hope you will respect this request. Outdoor pool (summer only) is 7.5mx4mx0.8m. Pool hours 10:00-7pm. The grounds (fishing, outdoor pool etc) are shared. Great for children as it is quite shallow. This is a shared pool, so access is by pre-booked sessions. You can book up to 4 hours per day. Fishing – please feel free to fish. You should bring your own gear and never leave equipment unattended. Remote/alarm fishing is not allowed. No keep nets. 1 rod per person. No boilies. You must bring your own gear as we do not supply fishing equipment. The Trehill estate consists of the 3 Trehill cottages included in the price, plus our 2 bedroom Lilliput cottage & our 3 Long Barn cottages. The pool is shared with Lilliput only. The grounds and games room are shared with the Long Barn cottages. Hot tub costs vary depending on which cottages you have. Gulliver costs £80/week and £60 per short break, Lakeside £70 & £50 and Owls Roost £50/£40 Other things to note Pricing - This would include Gulliver plus ONE of the two e adjacent cottages, Gulliver, Owls Roost and Lakeside. If 14 or fewer, the price includes Gulliver and Owls Roost. If 15 or 16 Gulliver and Lakeside. You can add the third cottage by making a separate booking. Hot tubs - there is an extra charge for the hot tubs. Contact us after confirmation to book the hot tubs & we will send out a payment request via airbnb. Gulliver hot tub - £80/wk, £60 per short break. Lakeside cottage - £70/£50 Owls Roost £50/£40 Essentials - we provide all listed "essentials" apart from cooking oil. You should find on arrival a pint of milk in the fridge. Tea, sugar, a packet of biscuits, washing up liquid & dishwasher tabs.
