A lovingly designed apartment with a quiet terrace as a starting point for exploring a touchingly beautiful area. The Styrian volcanic region. The space My place is unique because of the location. A unique location in the truest sense of the word in which you usually only hear birds chirping and now, in May, the deer. Green as far as the eye can see. Orchard meadows. Within walking distance is an excellent Styrian wine tavern (Monschein) and a gourmet restaurant. (Saziani-Neumeister) The apartment is ideal for two people. Optionally, an extra bed for a child is possible. Guest access My guests have access to the natural surroundings and to a terrace by a natural pond. Swimming is possible at your own risk. It is forbidden to make noise, leave garbage and torture animals. Only the washing machine is shared. It is in the basement of the main house. Other things to note There is also a fold-out sofa in the apartment on which two children can sleep well. (Feedback from guests) The cost for children is an additional €18/night. Feel free to bring your four-legged friends, furry friends. The dog fee is €9/dog and night. However, I have room for a maximum of two dogs. If you have any questions, please contact me in advance. A tourist tax of €2.50 per person per night is payable on site. (Children are exempt)
