Our house is situated in the heart of Lixouri, in a quiet neighbourhood next to the coastal road, and only 3 minutes walking distance from the charming and vibrant central square where you can find many restaurants, cafes and gift shops. It’s a detached house of 70 sq.m., hosting 4 people, recently fully renovated. It’s completely furnished with two comfy bedrooms and a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy exterior patio to ensure you enjoy your stay in beautiful Cephalonia. The space The house has a summer and modern feel. We have just renovated the space to make sure that it has all the amenities you will need for a fun, blissful Cephalonian retreat. The house has one fully private bedroom with a comfortable double bed and spacious closets which can accommodate 2 guests. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, perfect for 2 kids or 2 additional guests that wish to enjoy the house to its full glory. Our bright living room has an apparent wooden roof, a cozy sofa and a dining table for you to enjoy lovely home-cooked meals. The kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave, toaster, electric kettle and coffee machines for either filter coffee or espresso to start your day. There is air-conditioning (A/C) in every space, WiFi and a washing machine. Outside there is a quiet external patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee in peace or breath in the fresh coastal air. At the back of the house there is a small balcony that catches the last of the evening sun. Guest access You will have access to the whole house. Every room and feature of the apartment is accessible; Living room / Kitchen / 2 bedrooms / Bathroom / 2 external patios Although we don’t offer a parking space, there is a lot of space where you can park your car for free on the nearby streets. Other things to note - We provide a short brochure to all our guests which includes some brief instructions for the operations of the house as well as information on the most beautiful beaches of Lixouri and Paliki, excursions in Cephalonia, and some suggestions for your daily life in Lixouri (restaurants, bars, local products and where they will find them). - It would be great if you could please inform me in advance regarding your expected arrival time. - For stays longer than 1 week, if you would like additional cleaning, please let us know and we can arrange this for you.
