For stays of 10 days or more, there is an additional charge of 650 rubles for a change of bed linen and towels (a set for 2 guests). A receipt from the laundry is available upon request. This additional service is MANDATORY! IMPORTANT! If the apartment is left in a very dirty condition, there is a fine for general cleaning in the amount of 1000 rubles and within the deposit.
