small priv bedroom bchside New Smyrna Beach. Priv Bath. Cute, funky place with artist's vibe. 3-bedr home acr the street from ocean. NOT a priv. entrance. this is a shared space situation. There are 2 in/outdoor cats around -- place is spotless but if you don't like pets/allergic this won't work. Also have a small chihuahua. Very chill dog -- if you have a small well trained pet that may be okay. Non Smoker. No smoking inside. Looking for more long term situation -- The space Really cute house a block from the ocean. Great location, courtyard, chiminera, bicycles -- great beach location. Laid back, quiet, arty, funky atmosphere. Guest access bedroom, bathroom kitchen. Kitchen is shared space but you have your own private room with private bath/shower. During your stay I will be in the house but I pretty much keep my distance unless you have questions about the area. I am pretty chill and laid back. No drugs or craziness -- just mellow beach vibe. Other things to note looking for more of a long term situation, travelling nurse, that kind of thing. Very responsible and no drama
