Our self catering 1st floor studio boasts beautiful garden views, king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, mini kitchen and access to private gardens. Regular bus service to York and Selby The space Westcote Annexe is a studio style accommodation with private, secure parking and is located on the 1st floor over a large detached double garage to the rear of our beautiful Georgian property boasting fabulous private garden views. You have access to private gardens with outdoor patio furniture to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet on a summer evening. The Annexe has a mini kitchen (combination microwave, fridge, sink, kettle and toaster), en-suite bathroom with electric shower, king size luxury bed, SMART TV, sofa, tub chair, dining table and chairs. Hairdryer and iron with ironing board are available in the room. An EV charger is available and we only charge what the electric costs us.
