Portigliolo beach is an 8-minute walk away. House with 6 beds, large terrace and beautiful sea view The space House built in 2013, 120m², built in single-master, insulating and ecological materials. The 6 beds are distributed in 3 bedrooms On the ground floor, 2 bedrooms,1 with 2 small beds and a shower room (washbasin shower),the other with 1 large bed and a shower room. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with a queen bed and 1 bathroom (separate bath and shower) .climatizationin this room. The 2 toilets are separated, 1 at the top, 1 at the bottom. The American kitchen (air conditioning in living room-kitchen) is fully equipped: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, "American" refrigerator freezer, small appliances... The sandy beach of Portigliolo is an 8-minute walk away.You can find a nautical base with rental of dinghies, windsurfers and pedal boats,... Not far away ,you will find 'Chez Mico', a restaurant with a breathtaking view of the port of Portigliolo (see photos): lobsters, fresh fish and other preparations, all very well made, or just to cool off after playing on 1 of its 4 tennis courts. For shops, there is close to the beach, at Marc and Régina, retail trade of fruits and vegetables and which also rents boats, then you will have to take the car going to 'aqua-doria' to find, 10 minutes, the supermarket 'Chez Pierre' with its local products.
