We offer you our dwelling house, ideal for a couple with 2 children. It is located in a charming village of armor in the country ratings at a lake in which to walk (22 KM trail around the lake). We are also 15 minutes from the beaches of Saint Brieuc and its customs paths for walkers. The shops are 5 minutes drive to the nearby village. The house has a small courtyard garden where you can drink coffee. On the ground floor you can sit comfortably on the sofa of the living room / dining room with fireplace, TV, library, board games. The kitchen overlooks the summer veranda. We built this space with a small living room / dining room where you can enjoy the beautiful days of the views of the woodland garden. Barbecue and garden furniture are of course essential elements that we put at your disposal. The floor consists of three rooms: a beautiful master bedroom (160cm) with ensuite bathroom and two children's bedrooms (90 bed), one with toilet / shower cubicle). Our children willingly lend to small guests who wish many toys which their room is full.
