Studio Zeezicht | by the sea and city center!

Studio Sea View: unique sea view (boulevard), the sound of rippling waves, beautiful sunsets, colors in the sky, colossal seagoing ships sailing nearby, the enjoyment of a complete and new studio equipped with every comfort, large clean beaches with surveillance, enjoy the beach or one of the many terraces, cycling through the beautiful Walcheren with historic buildings and picturesque villages, directly in the center: the convenience, comfort, culture and liveliness of a city. The space Through the front door and hall, which are exclusively part of the studio, you enter the studio. The studio is cozy and comfortably furnished, spacious living/bedroom (18 m2) with double bed and a sofa bed (2 people). All windows have been renovated (large turn/tilt windows) and can be fully opened, so you can enjoy the sun (south side) while admiring the passing ships! There is a spacious (separate room) kitchen (10 m2) with dining table. The kitchen has all the appliances, including fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave. The new bathroom has a neat shower, separate toilet and sink. The living room is of course equipped with central heating, but also has a cozy gas fireplace. Right in front of the window of the studio, you can enjoy the sun (hardwood sofa and table belong exclusively to the studio). Other things to note Since the studio is located right on the sea and directly on the city center/historical center and directly on the entertainment area (restaurants/cafes), there is paid parking in the immediate vicinity (EUR 2 per hour). It is also possible to use a parking card through the owner for EUR 8 on a nightly basis. With the aforementioned parking card, you can park on the entire Boulevard and the residential area behind it. Please pay the deposit of €100 and tourist tax upon arrival.
