Nestled in the heart of the old hamlet of Clignon Haut, halfway between Colmars and Allos, this chalet is a haven of peace, elegant, comfortable and spacious. Ideally located at the start of some of the most beautiful hikes in the region, its location offers a breathtaking and unique life in the Verdon Valley. Tranquility, serenity, and encounters with local fauna and flora await. The space Chalet on 2 floors: * Level 1: kitchen open to the living room with 3 steps to access the fireplace area, toilet and washing machine * Level 2: 3 bedrooms that can accommodate 2 people each, a "relaxation-TV" area offering an extra bed (2 people), shower room and separate toilet. Beds: 1*160 - 1*140 - 2*90 - 1*200 (mezzanine - convertible) Duvets: 1 in 220*240, 1 in 240*260, 1 in 200*200 and 2 in 140*200 Available: filter coffee machine and Nespresso (classic capsule) You are asked to remove your shoes in the chalet. For your comfort, consider bringing suitable shoes for the interior (flip-flops, slippers...) Guest access Guests will have access to the entire chalet except for a few personal areas, identified and/or locked. Other things to note You will be greeted by Vanina from the RocheClean House Concierge, but a self check-in via a lockbox will also be possible. Mandatory cleaning fee of €100, to be paid on site. Linen supply rate (bed linen and bath towel) to be booked in advance and paid on site: €20/2-person bed and €10/1-person bed (€80 for 8 people).
