The Domaine de Pemontier is set in a quiet location perched on a hilltop within an area of outstanding natural beauty. La Vieille Grange has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and accommodates 8 people comfortably. The kitchen/dining room is provided with gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine whilst the double height lounge area has a TV with French and English channels, CD and DVD players. The patio has a gas barbeque and seating for 8 people around the large table. It over-looks the picturesque village of St Cernin de Labarde across the valley. Free wi-fi is available in the gite and by the shared pool. The 13 x 6 metre pool is big enough to cater for all guests and is surrounded by a large terrace with plenty of space for sunbathing. If you want to eat out there are 3 lovely restaurants in Issigeac (5km) and the town of Bergerac with its wide range of restaurants and shops is only a 10 min drive away. The area offers easy access to all the facilities the Dordogne has to offer, with its chateaux, bastide towns, vineyards, rivers and countryside and if you yearn for even more sophistication the beautiful town of Bordeaux is not very far.
