Getaway- Farm House + hottub

Tiny Hotel - Farmhouse - is a holiday cabin located on a farm in North Brabant, specifically in Nistelrode. The stylish wooden cabin is nestled in the heart of nature with a view of the woods! The space Everything about this cabin Farm House is a Scandinavian decorated 4 person cottage. Do you have a baby, toddler or preschooler (up to 4 years)? Then there is enough space to take your little one with you. The cottage has been lovingly decorated for you using warm colors and many wooden materials. As soon as you step inside put off your coat and shoes in the front porch. Through the next door you enter the living area where the kitchen, dining room and sitting area are. In front of the cottage is a terrace with garden furniture and a large lawn. And at night you can build your own campfire outside under the stars. The luxurious hot tub runs on biofuel. One push of a button and then your hot tub is heated within 2 to 3 hours. Time to bubble! In the modern kitchen you can enjoy cooking together. The kitchen is fully equipped. The cozy long dining table offers a wonderful place for a glass of wine and a game. Or maybe you just want to work in between. From the comfortable sofa you can then spend hours watching all the animals pass by and what is grazing in the meadow. The cottage has 3 bedrooms. From the first bedroom with double bed with M-line mattress, you look across the terrace to a large lawn surrounded by trees. In the second room is a toddler bed and from this room you walk through to the adjacent room with two single beds. On all beds there is beautiful and soft linen bedding. And now we come to the bathroom. This has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. You will also find fine products from Meraki such as shampoo, showergel and hand soap. Towels and bathrobes are also provided. The underfloor heating makes the cottage suitable for both summer and winter. At high temperatures you also stay comfortable because we have a fine air conditioner hanging in the living room. Guest access Location In the countryside, 2 kilometers from the center of Nistelrode, you will find Tiny Hotel. The cottage is located on our farm and is surrounded by a wooded area. Right next to the cottage are our two houses and the 'Sheep House' cottage. Of course, we have ensured enough privacy and freedom for you to fully enjoy during your getaway. In the yard you can cuddle with the rabbits, our piglet LouLou and the cute silky chickens. We also have two dogs, a cat, horses, cows, goats and sheep. Do you like to swim? Then in summer you can swim in our natural swimming pond. Are you staying with us in the winter? Then you can also skate on it if it's cold enough! Other things to note Farm House' is located near the natural reserve 'De Maashorst' (10 minutes by car) with adjacent beautiful heathlands and forests. Several cities (Den Bosch, Nijmegen, and Eindhoven) can be reached within 30 minutes by car. Having trouble choosing? We are particularly fond of Den Bosch. For a day out or a date night, we have a Tiny-Hotel guide with all the hotspots in the area. For your date night, we can try to arrange a babysitter through our lovely niece. If you'd like to take advantage of this service, please let us know at least two weeks before your stay, indicating the preferred day. She will then check her availability. Additional Information: The cabin is rented including towels, bed linen, kitchen towels, hand soap, toilet paper, and some basic provisions such as salt, pepper, oil, dishwashing detergent, etc. There is a Nespresso coffee machine and a drip coffee maker available. The hot tub: The luxury hot tub operates on biofuel. With just one push of a button, your hot tub will be heated within 2 to 3 hours. Time to bubble! Upon request, a prepared baby crib and high chair are available (cost: €15.00). There may be spiders, flies, ants... insects. You are on a farm and coexist with various animals. It is not allowed to use a gourmet set/pizza oven inside the cottage (this is allowed outside). Lighting a fire is only allowed with clean and dry wood in designated areas. We sell firewood for €7.50 per bag. Please note that this cottage is not intended for parties. We do not want to disturb our neighbors/nature, so we ask for quiet after 23:00. Also, loud music is not allowed during the day. We have 2 lovely dogs that often roam freely on the property. We live next to the cabin on the farm with our family, occasionally organizing something fun and enjoying a campfire evening with friends. Of course, we take each other into consideration. Behind the holiday cabin, there is another one. These guests are also allowed to use the shared outdoor toys. The garden and the rest of the farm also require maintenance or may undergo new construction during bookings. It is possible that work needs to be done. Of course, not in the holiday cabin :) Please be aware that children enjoy themselves so much that they may be reluctant to leave for outings ;)
