Just 150 meters from the beach and located within a gated community (Rio Lagoa Mar, better known as the Dona Branca condominium in the region), the house thus allows this security. The space The house is 80 km from Maceió-AL, in a place where you can enjoy the tranquility of a little-known beach. Guest access Guests can enjoy the entire house. Other things to note We installed an artesian well in the house to remedy problems with the lack of water in the region. In this sense, the house has no problems with lack of water. We also installed 6 emergency lights that illuminate the entire property in the event of a power outage during the night. It is important to mention that due to the high salt air in the region, there are constant power outages. The local power company is always providing service!
