Charming Private Room in Geneva, IL

The quaint town of Geneva is only 1.5 miles away. Known for numerous award winning restaurants, abundance of unique shops, countless beauty, wonderful parks, walking/biking paths along the river. We would enjoy sharing our home with you and can provide numerous recommendations. Perfect for solo, business, world travelers, married couples, friend getaways, and families. We also have another Airbnb room. This is a Christian family home and we live on the premises, it is not a place for hookups. The space Private room upstairs - new queen mattress with a desk, closet, tv, and Blue Ray player. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo down the hall has 2 sinks, shared only if there are other guests. Plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets. Kitchen and common areas are also available for use. Basic breakfast items are available for our guests, please clean up after yourselves. Our family lives on the premises. Parking is in the street directly in front of our two story brick home. Absolutely no smokers allowed due to sensitivities, other guests, and additional cleaning measures needed. No smoking on the premises whatsoever! You have access to our kitchen, living room, deck, and laundry. We may be able to accommodate additional guests for a nominal fee, or even our other larger Airbnb room. Just message for additional info. Guest access Access to the common areas of the house, kitchen, deck, and yard - not the other bedrooms. Washer/Dryer may be avail for a fee of $5 to wash and dry for each load. possibly the use of our bikes for a fee. Inquire at time of booking. During your stay We welcome the opportunity to get to know our guests, but respect their time and privacy. Other things to note If available, possible use of our washer/dryer for a nominal fee, bikes, exercise equipment, outside deck etc. Some small quick breakfast items, tea, and coffee, are available in the kitchen. Not for pets. Please leave your furry companions at home. Absolutely no smoking. We have a $10 occupancy fee for all people regardless of age. This will be charged upon arrival if it was not included. Also if any infant toddlers soil mattress an additional fee will be assessed. We have an 11am check out, and if not communicated prior, we may assess an additional nights charge, especially if we have another guest arriving the same day. Otherwise we may be flexible.
