Join us to experience WNC's finest glamping destination! Each glamping unit is uniquely and beautifully furnished, nestled on 160 acres of private land. The space Designed to provide a peaceful, unplugged experience in nature, our Mountain Meadow guests enjoy the feeling of camping with extreme comfort and ease. These cabins are screened-in, but able to be heated November-April, and are off-grid (no power, water, internet.) They feature a comfortable queen sized bed downstairs and a full mattress in a sleeping loft, as well as a large octagonal deck overlooking the open field with beautiful mountain views, offering the perfect space to relax and rejuvenate. The luxury bathhouse with indoor and outdoor showers, and communal spaces including kitchen, fire pit, and barn with Wi-Fi are available and open 24/7 throughout your stay and just a short walk away. A restored barn offers all guests a space to gather, relax, enjoy meals together or meet new friends around the fire. Guests have access to the community kitchen inside the barn, large community fire pit, heated bathhouse, outdoor showers, and miles of meadow and forest trails to explore. We are located 7 miles from the town of Hot Springs, famous for a natural hot spring spa and a plethora of outdoor adventures including the spectacular Appalachian Trail. Several dining options are also available in the area. Other things to note We supply blankets to keep you warm however we highly recommend checking the forecast before you leave and bringing an extra sleeping bag, additional layers, or blankets to ensure your total comfort. In addition, make sure you bring outerwear sufficient to keep you warm while enjoying the great outdoors. Our cabins are supplied with linens, towels, lamps, lanterns, and a key. Smoking is not allowed in or around the barn, bathhouse, or other community areas. Smoking is only allowed around individual cabin campfires. cigarette butts must be disposed of in a proper receptacle and may not be disposed of fire pits or cabin trash cans. Evidence of smoking including cigarette burns or smell of smoke in cabins can result in being fined. Paint Rock Farm was designed and created to offer a place to Relax, Retreat, Reconnect, and Rejuvenate in the naturally soothing environment of nature. We are very family-friendly, and in the spirit of offering a retreat-like experience, we are not a place for partying or heavy drinking. Alcohol is not allowed in common areas. Paint Rock Farm is pet friendly! We have three PRF ambassador dogs who roam the property. All visiting dogs must be on lead at all times. No aggressive pets. If your dog has ever expressed any aggressive behavior towards humans on or off lead, please do not bring them. Pets are not allowed to be housed inside of glamping cabins when their owners are not in the cabin, unless in a crate. Pets are not allowed to bark during quiet hours (9pm-8am.)
