The apartment (69 m²) is on the ground floor of the garden house Villetta of the Villa Hygiea and has two separate entrances. The bedroom is equipped with a box spring double bed and closet, the living area with kitchen, dining table, sofa bed & LED TV. The bathroom offers daylight and a washer-dryer. The well-equipped kitchen impresses with a glass ceramic stove, fridge & freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. Perfect for 2-3 guests. The space High-speed Internet is available in all rooms. Bed linen, hair dryer, bath and beach towels are of course also available. Perfect for max. 3 adults OR 2 adults & 2 children. Guest access The terrace (16 m²) with lake view and balcony furniture, as well as the barbecue pavilion in the extensive garden landscape (3000 m²) provide comfort outdoors and the private lake bath (located across the street) offers cooling on hot summer days. In addition, free parking is available right outside the front door. Dogs are welcome in our apartment – we charge €15.00 per night & €50.00 additional final cleaning fee.
