Our home and Annexe is situated just off the main road in the village of Lydden where we are surrounded by a National Nature Reserve and have access to beautiful walks on the chalk downlands and the Whitecliffs of Dover Coastal Walk is also close by. The village of Lydden has good transport links being adjacent to the A2 connecting Dover to London and within the easy reach the High Speed rail route to London St Pancras, Dover ferry port and the Eurotunnel. The space **Optional Hot Tub at extra cost ** Please note due to electrical fault the hot tub isn’t available till 23rd March 2026 (See below for prices) A cosy well equipped stand alone Annexe. Bedrooms 1 & 2 both have double beds and plenty of storage and there is a sofa bed in the living area for a 5th guest. All rooms upstairs have sloping ceilings which gives a cosy feel. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and over bath shower which could be restricted for tall people or those with mobility issues due to the sloping ceiling. The downstairs living space has the benefit of underfloor heating. Patio area for Guests with table and chairs and views of Lydden Hills. Private Hot tub - This is located on the patio where you can enjoy the stunning views as seen in pictures. Guest access Access to our property is via an Private road which is shown in the pictures. Parking is available for 1 possibly 2 vehicles and there is parking on the main road just a short distance from the Annexe. Other things to note EV charger - we have an EV charger on site . Please note this will not be available automatically for the duration of your stay . We ourselves have an electric car and obviously have priority over the usage of the EV charger . There are plenty of public EV chargers situated locally for your convenience. EV charger usage rate is 30 per KW . This is chargeable to guests and should be settled prior to leaving.
