U of T area, cozy room with TV and workspace

Room for 1 person only. Small but very comfortable room in century home in Toronto in Annex/ Harbord Village area near U of T and some of the best restaurants and bars of Toronto. Immaculately clean with very comfortable double bed and desk facing leafy street view. Paid street parking is available which host can show you. Guests should not bring in friends /other guests to the house without speaking to me. This is generally discouraged due to space constraints. During your stay I am an Airbnb host who likes to personally check in every guest and give them a tour of my Airbnb. In the event I am not in town, my hosting partner Hannah will take care of you and her contacts will be provided once you have booked. I can always be reached by the Airbnb messaging app which messages come right to my phone. In the event of any emergency where Hannah and I cannot be reached, you should call 911.
