All properties are privately owned, decorated and furnished to the owners’ individual taste. The regular occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom (except infants in baby cot). Extra accommodation places is ON REQUEST. Private heated swimming pool and hot tub are perfect for cooling off on a hot summer’s day, and during cooler months the pool can be heated if required. A small artificial lawn is ideal for children’s play or for sunbathing and fragrant plants bushes and fruit trees complete the picture. Please note that pool heating for this villa is recommended between October - May and costs an additional amount is €420.00 per week (surcharges may apply, please enquire for more details). All properties receive the ‘Mid-Stay Clean’ in their property daily on the 3rd or 4th day, typical for a 7 night stay. • Full sets of pool and bath towels are provided in each property on arrival. These are replenished on the mid-stay cleaning. • The ‘Tidy-Up’ service in the property daily is ON REQUEST.
